The danish upholstery furniture maker Skippers Furniture Durup A/S has been sold to the Swedish upholstery furniture maker Nelo AB as per the 1st January 2012. The Danish furniture manufacturer, which will still be headed by manager Steen Skipper, also changed the name as per this date, and is now called Skipper Furniture A/S.
